About the job
The Client Service Representative (CSR) supports the team by providing professional and friendly service to clients. This includes answering the phone, executing policy and plan changes, keeping client information up to date, and creating proposals.

The details

  • Spend time with clients on phone, emails, or in person to answer and execute service questions.
  • Work with producers to gather information and provide recommendations for clients’ renewals.
  • Utilize agency management software to maintain thorough notes and up to date client information.
  • Run reports to identify health of client portfolio and if additional lines of insurance are needed to meet clients’ growing needs across lines of coverage.
  • Follow up on outstanding claims and provide assistance in claims resolution as necessary.
  • Maintain working knowledge of all rating products and processes.

  • BA/BS in business, Insurance or related field
  • Property and Casualty Producer License
